How to make Coconuts Ice-cream
Ingredients
- 3 3 Tablespoons Coco
- 1/2 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
- 300 300 Millilitres Coconut Milk
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 1 Teaspoon Gelatin
- 300 300 Millilitres Cream
- 1 1 Cup Coconut
Instructions
- Sift cocoa. Combine, it with sugar, gelatin, egg yolks, vanilla, coconut milk and cream, in a pan, over a double boiler.
- Place over simmering water. Stir constantly till mixture is thickened. Pour into a shallow pan.
- Cool, stir in coconut and freeze. When half se. take it out, blend in a mixie until the ice cream is smooth and creamy.
- Transfer back to the pan and freeze.
